Brief introduction of tumble dryer:
This tumble dryer is a kind of mechanical equipment which uses heat energy to reduce the water content of materials.Industrial drying equipment is mainly used inbuilding materials manufacturing, metallurgy and chemical industry, and cement production industry, etc. to dry mineral slag, limestone, coal powder and clay, etc.If used in combination with our coal gasifier,
our dryer can also be used for fine chemical drying.Our industrial dryers are also regularlyused in compound fertilizer production lines.
Features of tumble dryer:
1).Airheating system is able to allow highly efficient removal of water from fresh harvestedforage, andthe maximum durability of dehydrated forage.

3). Smoke collector working with the air heating system adopts water-recycled wet- typecollectingmethod, andensuresthe exhausted gas tosatisfythe environmental protection requirement as well as the lowest water consumption.
Working principle:
The rotary dryer mainly consists ofrotor, shed plate, transmission device, support device, seal ring, and other spare parts. The rotary dryer has theadvantages of reasonable structure, excellent manufacture, high output, low energy consumption, convenient operation and so on. The rotary dryer is widely applied in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemistry and other industries, mainly stoving mineral powder, slag, clay, limestone, lignite and other materials.
The wet materials are conveyed to the hopper through the belt conveyor or bucket elevator,nd then enter into the feed end through the hopper changer and the feeding pipe in sequence.The inclination of the feeding pipe must be greater than the natural inclination of materials in order to make the materials flow into the dryer smoothly.The dryer cylinder ,a slight inclination with the horizontal line.The circumstances that the heat carrier flows into the dryer body together with the materials.Along with the rotation of cylinder,the materials run to the lower end due to gravity.In the forward movement of wet materials in the dryer body,the wet materials are heated directly oe indirectly by the heat carrier to dry the wet materials,and then the materials are discharged end through the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
